The driver is used all the way up to Audigy 2, I think. It’s a big ZIP file with all the recordings: In your list iconsfind and right click on “device manager”, open and click auudiopci continue.

BTW, that Wikipedia article was mostly written by me. A neat thing about it is that the Aureal cards have a wavetable header and it does work in DOS.
